I had the pleasure of living at this apartment community for two years, and I can confidently say that it was a wonderful experience. The community has so much to offer, from the spa and swimming pool that stays open until 10 pm to the gym, barbecue, and yoga room that we used quite often. One of the most significant advantages of living in this community is the tennis court that is right behind it, making it convenient for sports enthusiasts. Additionally, there is plenty of street parking available, which was a big plus for me. I cannot forget to mention the park adjacent to the community, where people and their dogs would play every evening, creating a warm and friendly environment. Moreover, the restaurants and coffee shop, which are only a three-minute walk away, offer a convenient dining experience. During the winter months, the view outside the community is breathtaking, with yellow flowers in bloom, adding to the beauty of the community. The management team, led by Em, was incredible. Em is an excellent manager, always kind and willing to assist. Yesenia and Marta, whom I had the pleasure of dealing with, were also amazing individuals. The leasing office personnel played a significant role in making my stay pleasant. Lovely ladies! I’ll miss them for sure.. The maintenance team was equally efficient and quick to respond to any issues I encountered. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and safe living experience. The community has everything you need, from great amenities to a fantastic management team.

The service and maintenance efficiency here are top-notch. A recent issue with a leaking ceiling was promptly addressed and fixed within two hours. I also appreciate their proactive approach - they're replacing a refrigerator that is no longer cooling properly with a new one in just a week. The management truly cares about their residents' well-being. One small consideration is that the indoor parking lot is a bit far from some rooms. To address this, I've found that bringing my own cart to transport purchased items makes it more convenient. On the bright side, the kitchen equipment and washing machine dryer are very new, which is fantastic. Another great feature is the automatic cabinet for storing online shopping packages, providing added convenience. Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied with my stay here! Highly recommended!"

Used to be an amazing place to live. Ever since new management took, things have been sliding downhill. EV chargers are installed but have been taped off for over a year, package theft has increased dramatically, outdoor decorations or shoes have been stolen from the hallways. Almost everyone is putting up their own security cameras now. And the USPS mailboxes were broken into and mail has been stolen. Have seen people smoking in this non-smoking community.

I had an excellent lease signing and move in experience thanks to the support of the leasing and management team. Martha, the leasing consultant, was experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about residents. She went above and beyond to correct an initial pricing issue and offered additional support and advice throughout the process to make sure new residents feel welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend working with her. Pascual, the maintenance expert, helped move heavy boxes into my apartment even before I arrived. Yesenia, the assistant property manager, was also a great professional to work with. This is so far a nice community with good management.

There was a slow water leak in the 2nd bdrm closet. I didn’t know about it until it got really bad. The issue was addressed promptly but it took a long time to fix it. It was an inconvenience to have the fans running for about a week and the smell made the room unlivable. I had to get a hotel room at my own expense. When the carpet was finally repaired, the foam was installed inconsistently and left lumps. The leak also caused minor damage to my property and had to throw some items away. And I received no compensation for this mishap (which was not my fault) nor for the inconvenience. The whole process took 10 days to clean/fix.
